Acceptance of Terms

Planeta Pagos is a product operated by Planwise LLC ("we", "Planeta Pagos"), located at Buckley Towers Condo – West Building, Unit 314W, 1301 NE Miami Gardens Dr, North Miami Beach, FL 33179, United States.

By accessing or using Planeta Pagos, you agree to these Terms and any policy referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

These Terms apply to the Planeta Pagos website, the waitlist, and — once available — the app and any related feature.

Eligibility

You are responsible for making sure your use of Planeta Pagos is legal in your jurisdiction. The service may not be available in every country and may be restricted where required by law or by our providers.

You must not use Planeta Pagos if you are subject to sanctions, financial-crime watchlists, or applicable legal restrictions in your country. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Description of Services

Planeta Pagos is a self-custody wallet built for freelancers, travelers, and people who receive payments from abroad. Features include: wallet creation, receiving international payments, conversion to a stablecoin (USDT), and withdrawal to your bank account in your local currency.

Some features are provided directly by Planeta Pagos, and others by regulated or specialized external partners (for example, payment processing or identity verification). Availability, limits, and onboarding requirements may vary by provider and by country.

Non-Custodial Nature

Planeta Pagos is non-custodial. The private keys and recovery phrase for your wallet are generated and controlled by you, not by Planeta Pagos.

Planeta Pagos cannot recover a lost recovery phrase, reverse transactions already confirmed on the blockchain, access your funds, freeze your wallet, or guarantee recovery of your account if you lose access to your device or your credentials.

Third-Party Services

Planeta Pagos may integrate external providers for receiving and converting payments, bank withdrawals, identity verification (KYC), compliance monitoring, infrastructure, and other functions.

These external providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, KYC processes, fees, limits, and eligibility rules, independent of these Terms.

Fees

Fees may apply to receiving payments, converting to USDT, withdrawing to your bank account, or third-party processing. Blockchain network fees are set by the network itself and are outside Planeta Pagos's control.

Whenever possible, we will show you fees before you confirm a transaction. Fees, exchange rates, and limits set by our external providers may change independently of us.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your device, your recovery phrase, your private keys, your passwords, and access to your account and the app.

You agree not to use Planeta Pagos for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, sanctioned, or high-risk activity.

Intellectual Property

Planeta Pagos's name, logo, design, software, website content, product copy, and brand identity are owned by Planeta Pagos or licensed to it.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, misuse, or misrepresent Planeta Pagos's intellectual property without authorization.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Digital asset services are provided "as is" and "as available." Planeta Pagos does not guarantee uninterrupted service, any specific asset performance, transaction speed, or the availability of our external providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planeta Pagos is not liable for losses caused by market volatility, user error, lost credentials, third-party service failures, blockchain failures, wallet compromise, regulatory changes, or unsupported use of the service. The value of crypto assets can fluctuate significantly; we do not guarantee returns or the absence of losses.

Suspension and Termination

Planeta Pagos may restrict access to the services it manages, to third-party integrations, or to specific features when necessary for security, legal compliance, suspected abuse, or operational reasons.

Because the wallet is non-custodial, restricting access to Planeta Pagos's services does not give us control over your private keys or your on-chain assets.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Planwise LLC is incorporated.

Any dispute should first be raised with Planeta Pagos support in an attempt to resolve it before starting a formal action.
